This endurance training program is geared for athletes that have the fitness and strength to participate at an advanced level within a group setting.
Interested athletes attending high school in September are asked to contact
coach Justin (justin@nbltc.ca)
to discuss the minimum fitness requirements to be eligible to join this group.
The NBLTC is also hoping to offer programs for the younger athletes, as well as those new to the sport. Please contact coach Jan (jan@nbltc.ca) for more information.

The NBLTC will be offering a variety of training for the endurance athletes this summer to continue competing in track meets as well as prepare for XC season in the fall.
FREE for fully paid members of the Spring/Summer Endurance training group.
$40 if you were not a paid member of the Spring/Summer Endurance training group.
