The NBLTC will be offering a variety of training for the endurance athletes this summer to get them ready for XC season in the fall.
- Strength Training Sessions with Coach Jon Pratt
- Monday & Wednesday from 4:30 - 5:30 pm at Pratts Pro Fitness located at 2689 Trout Lake Road
- Running workouts with Coach Justin Caranci
- Monday & Wednesday following the strength sessions 5:30 pm - 6:30(6:45) pm (Finish time is approximate and will vary slightly) We will meet at Pratts Pro Fitness (some athletes will already be there if they are at the strength sessions) We will run to Memorial Gardens (2.4 k) for the warm up and most workouts will be done in or near the park. Athletes will need to be picked up at Memorial Gardens between 6:30-6:45 pm
- Group easy run sessions with Coach Justin Caranci
- Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:30-5:30(5:45) starting and finishing on the field in behind Memorial Gardens 100 Chippewa Street West.
