2018 Summer Camp

The Summer Camp Sessions are designed to provide 6 to 14 year olds
the opportunity to learn the basic mechanics of running, jumping, and throwing
which develop into Track and Field Events.

Program Features:

  • Skill progressions in a variety of track and field events in a fun environment
  • Experienced University student instructors
  • Adaptive equipment to suit the learner
  • Staff supervision prior to, and after each session
  • Free camp T-shirt and water bottle
  • Mini-meet on the final day, Team and individual prizes following the mini-meet

What to Bring:

  • Running shoes that snuggly fit the foot
  • Comfortable clothing suited to the weather
  • A small snack and your camp water bottle
  • A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses for sunny days


  • Week One:          Monday July 2nd to Friday July 6th
  • Week Two:          Monday July 9th to Friday July 13th
  • Week Three:       Monday July 16th to Friday July 20th
  • Week Four:         Monday July 23rd to Friday July 27th


  • Pre camp drop off : Starting at 8:20am
  • Camp : 9:00am to 11:30am


Fee Structure:

  • $50.00 for one week, $45.00 for each additional week, $45.00 for each additional sibling
  • Bring the fee payment the first day of camp
